Typical Application:
Cr12W is suitable for making tools and dies with high strength, high wear resistance, and the heating temperature is not higher than 400 degrees, such as steel plate deep drawing dies, wire drawing dies, thread rolling plates, punch dies, shearing knives, saw blades, etc.
Heat Treatment:
Start temperature 1150°C, end temperature 850°C, quenching temperature 960~980°C, oil cooling, tempering temperature (180±10) ℃
