Q235 steel is used as the punch material. It can be used directly without tempering after quenching. The hardness is 36~40HRC, which solves the problem of the punch breaking during use；
Heat Treatment:
The quenching temperature is 950°C, heated by a salt bath furnace, and cooled and quenched by 10% NaCl brine.
